Could Microsoft Buy Genshin Impact, Release The Anime Game on Xbox?

You lot heard the news, Microsoft bought over Activision Blizzard, so many fans are wondering what Microsoft could purchase next, in item, parts of the Genshin Impact fanbase wonder if this could be the key to a release on Xbox Serial X/S.

Soon after the release of Genshin Bear upon on September 28, 2022, miHoYo confirmed that a PS5 version was in development, simply stated there are no plans yet to release the anime game on Xbox Serial X/S.

Genshin Impact also has a Nintendo Switch version in development. And while it's still unreleased, miHoYo planned it from the start, unlike an Xbox version.

Taking these facts into account, Microsoft could buy Genshin Impact to bring it to Xbox and get a good share in the mobile marketplace. Every bit Genshin Impact is now one of the most pop mobile games together with PUBG Mobile, Call o Duty Mobile, Clash of Clans, Pokemon Go, FGO, or Uma Musume.

Could Microsoft buy Genshin Impact and release information technology on Xbox?

Genshin Bear upon developer miHoYo is a Chinese company, and seeing the laws in China, it'southward pretty much impossible Microsoft could buy miHoYo. Foreign ownership in nearly all Chinese industries including the gaming industry is forbidden, and the shareholders must be Chinese. Or else it's illegal.

Even if information technology was legal, in the consequence that miHoYo ended up in a bad position financially subsequently some blunders and would be on sale, it's more likely another Chinese giant like Tencent would buy information technology instead. Tencent is right now one of the biggest gaming companies in the world. With Sony and Microsoft.

Having a game similar Genshin Bear on in its itemize would definitely help Microsoft and Xbox bring in anime fans. And fans of Japanese-stylized games in general. Merely an acquisition scenario is not realistic.
